Job Summary

We're seeking a Dance Instructor for a fun and fast-paced environment at The Little Gym. The ideal candidate loves kids, loves to dance, and has a strong background in dance, including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and/or Hip Hop.

What We Expect From You

• Create a safe space for children to learn and fall in love with Dance!
• Teach amazing dance/gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
• Assist the Dance Program Coordinator in planning dance recitals
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience

Requirements

• Totally open to being a goofball and love celebrating kid's success
• Strong background in dance
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helpful
• Likes to serve and enjoys making others feel good
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too

Qualifications

• Experience in recreational dance, competitive dance, dance team, or professional work

Schedule

• Part Time - 15 to 20 weekly hours
• Thursday afternoon and Saturday required shifts
• Additional hours Monday through Sunday available

Compensation

$16.00 per hour
