Engineering$27.5/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. The posting includes Starting Pay $27.50 per hour. So we need a Pay section. Also we have duties list (Primary Duties). We have Minimum Requirements (Education/Experience, Certificates, Communication Skills, Computer Skills). Also Work Conditions, Physical Demands, Other Requirements. Also maybe Benefits? Not mentioned. Schedule? Not explicit except mention of may be required to hold stand-by duty, work shifts, holidays, weekends, emergency call outs, occasional extensive hours. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO statement, etc. Also remove "THIS JOB DESCRIPTION DOES NOT ATTEMPT TO LIST ALL OF THE DUTIES THAT ARE OR MAY BE PERFORMED IN THIS POSITION" maybe considered boilerplate? It's a disclaimer; we can drop it. Also remove "Atmos Energy Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include Starting Pay, duties, requirements, work conditions, physical demands, other requirements (safety-sensitive screenings), maybe also mention "Job Family Damage Prevention" as metadata? Could be minor metadata; we can fold into a short p or drop. Probably include as a p.
We must use for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which headings to use based on content.
We have Pay: Starting Pay $27.50 per hour.
We have Responsibilities: Primary Duties list.
We have Requirements: Minimum Requirements (educational/experience, certificates, licenses, communication skills, computer skills). Could be split into Requirements and Skills? But we can combine into Requirements section with subpoints? The instruction: Use
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills). So we can have Requirements and Skills separate if we have distinct content. We have Communication Skills and Computer Skills; could go under Skills. Also we have Certificates, Licenses etc under Requirements. Educational/Experience also under Requirements. So we can have Requirements (education/experience, certificates/licenses) and Skills (communication, computer). Or we could just have Requirements covering all. Safer to follow instruction: include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Requirements (education/experience, certificates/licenses). Also we have content for Skills (communication, computer). So we can make both.
We also have Work Conditions and Physical Demands and Other Requirements. Those could go under Requirements? Or maybe under Qualifications? But we have no explicit Qualifications section besides Requirements. Could treat Work Conditions and Physical Demands as part of Requirements or maybe as separate sections like "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to those headings. Work Conditions and Physical Demands could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. Since Qualifications is similar to Requirements but maybe more about qualifications. We could put them under Requirements as well. But we already have Requirements for education/experience etc. Could combine all under Requirements. However we also have Skills separate.
Thus sections: Pay, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Schedule. Possibly also About the role? Not needed if we have Responsibilities. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine everything into Requirements and Responsibilities and Pay and Schedule. But we have distinct Skills content; we could put them under Requirements as sub-items. But better to follow allowed headings.
Let's decide:
- Pay
:
Pay
:Starting Pay $27.50 per hour.
-Responsibilities
:- ... list of duties
Requirements
:- Education/Experience: high school diploma or GED and two years experience in natural gas, damage prevention activities, service, construction and maintenance, and/or pipeline operations.
- Must obtain and maintain minimum Operator Qualifications (OQs) and classroom training for position and any other required OQs and classroom training or certifications within six months.
- Requires valid driver's license in accordance with Company standards.
- Must be able to lift tools, equipment and materials up to and including 45 pounds.
- As a Safety-Sensitive position, pre and post-employment screenings, including but not limited to drug testing as outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), and motor vehicle record (MVR) background checks are required.
Skills
:- Ability to communicate, persuade and/or influence internal and/or external customers; strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to utilize the Company's internet/intranet web site, take and upload digital photos of marking activity to each line locate ticket, and utilize all available systems for data entry, reference and/or retrieval tasks.
Schedule
:May be required to hold stand-by duty, work shifts, holidays, weekends, emergency call outs, and occasional extensive hours. Is subject to reporting outside regular work area.
We also have Work Conditions and Physical Demands. Could incorporate into Requirements as additional items: Works outdoors in all types of weather, may be exposed to extremes of climate and temperatures, high noise levels, rough terrain; may require overnight travel; may have residence requirement due to call-out response time; works as individual contributor and/or team member; Physical demands: occasionally performing activities including bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting; requires acute sense of sight and hearing (corrected or uncorrected) and strong sense of smell. Add those to Requirements list. Also we have "Assists other operations functions as needed and may perform C&M and Service work when not performing damage prevention duties." That's a duty; include in Responsibilities. Also "Identifies, addresses, and reports safety and encroachment issues to their resolution and completion." Also duty. Also "Is responsible for the safe operation and inspection of assigned Company vehicles and equipment." Duty. Also "Demonstrates support for and adheres to the Company values, strategies, policies and procedures and exhibits the core values of AtmoSpirit, Customer Service, Safety and the Code of Conduct both as an individual contributor, team member and/or leader of others." Duty. Also "Must become familiar with the contents of the Safety Manual, live by the spirit of its intent and become involved in creating and maintaining a safe working environment. Must complete all required safety training." Could be duty or requirement; maybe include in Responsibilities. Also "Reports any suspected damages to our system." Duty. Also "Assures the accuracy of Company maps and records as they relate to damage prevention." Duty. Also "Completes and maintains accurate records and reports to comply with Company and regulatory requirements." Duty. Also "Conducts investigations of natural gas facility damages to determine root causes." Duty. Also "Works with Company crews and outside contractors to be available for any needed re-marking to prevent damage." Duty. Also "Reads and interprets system maps." Duty. Also "Accurately locates and marks company facilities (transmission & distribution systems, service lines, & other facilities)." Duty. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat content. Let's craft Responsibilities list with all duties. We'll need to be careful not to include boilerplate like "THIS JOB DESCRIPTION DOES NOT ATTEMPT TO LIST ALL OF THE DUTIES THAT ARE OR MAY BE PERFORMED IN THIS POSITION". We'll drop that. Also drop "Job Family Damage Prevention" maybe as a short p under something else? Could be minor metadata; we can drop or include as a p under maybe About the role? But we don't have About the role section. Could add a short p at start:Job Family: Damage Prevention
. But instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. So we can include a short p for Job Family. But we need to decide where to put it. Could be at top before sections. Not a heading. So we can output a
Job Family: Damage Prevention
then sections. Now ensure we don't include any empty sections. Let's craft HTML. We'll start withJob Family: Damage Prevention
ThenPay
Starting Pay $27.50 per hour.
