Responsibilities
Support Critical Business Systems
- Support the administration and effective use of the Damage Prevention Ticket Management System
- Monitor system performance, data quality, user activity, and operational trends
- Assist with system configuration, testing, implementations, and enhancement projects
- Help ensure business processes, documentation, and system procedures remain accurate and up to date
Build Data & Reporting Solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across reporting sources
- Translate business needs into meaningful reports and visualizations that support decision-making
Provide User Support & Training
- Serve as a key resource for end users by providing technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and training
- Help users maximize the value of business applications and reporting tools
- Document issues, coordinate testing activities, and support successful technology deployments
Drive Process & Technology Improvements
- Gather and analyze user feedback, business requirements, and enhancement requests
- Collaborate with IT, operations teams, and vendors to improve processes and system performance
- Identify innovative technology solutions that increase efficiency, strengthen compliance, and reduce damage prevention risks

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Accounting, Business Management, Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
- 4 years of experience supporting the use of software/platforms by end users
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities; self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Related technology knowledge and the ability to comprehend and effectively communicate software/platform functionality, specifications, procedures, and reporting requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and develop practical solutions to support business operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a regulated utility
- Experience creating Power BI dashboards and working with SharePoint lists
- System administration experience in development and implementation
- Technical writing experience

Schedule
8-hour shifts, 5 days per week.
Work Environment
This role works primarily in an office environment while maintaining close collaboration with operational teams. Occasional travel throughout Peoples Gas service territories and visits to gas operations facilities will be required.
