We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are" and "Primary Purpose", "Primary Duties", "Job Scope", "Minimum Qualifications", "Benefits". Also maybe "Pay" (salary range) and "Schedule"? Not explicit schedule. There's mention of extended hours for storms, flexible work hours required. Could include Schedule? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. For Schedule, we have "flexible work hours will be required" and "extended hours for coverage for storms". That's specific enough? Might be considered schedule info. Could create a Schedule section with that. Pay: salary range given: $65,600 – $90,200 per year, plus annual bonus 10%, 401(k) match etc. So we can include Pay section. Benefits: list many benefits. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We must use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from Who We Are, Primary Purpose, Primary Duties (with percentages), Job Scope, Minimum Qualifications, Benefits, Pay (salary range and bonus), Schedule (flexible hours, extended hours for storms). Also maybe note about operating with wide latitude etc. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep percentages etc. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

    About the role

maybe? But "Who We Are" is more about company. Could use "About the role" heading for the description of role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings when applicable. So we need sections: About the role (maybe summarizing who we are and purpose?), Responsibilities (Primary Duties), Requirements (Minimum Qualifications), Qualifications? Could combine? But we have Minimum Qualifications. Could treat as Requirements. Also we have Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also maybe "Job Scope" could be part of Responsibilities. But we need to avoid thin sections. Prefer few substantive sections. We could have: - About the role (company overview + primary purpose) - Responsibilities (Primary Duties + Job Scope) - Requirements (Minimum Qualifications) - Benefits - Pay - Schedule We must not create sections with filler. All have content. Now we need to convert lists to
    • . For prose, use

. We need to preserve percentages in duties. Could keep them as part of li text. Let's draft. About the role: combine Who We Are and Primary Purpose. Who We Are paragraph: "We're powering a cleaner, brighter future. Exelon is leading the energy transformation, and we're calling all problem solvers, innovators, community builders and change makers. Primary Duties list: - Document damages through investigation process and assist claims in collection for damages by interpreting findings. - Document work practices of locators and excavators that cause damages, provide training and other resources to correct/change work practices. (JULIE law) and PA One Call as a guide. - Respond to and coordinate the investigation of major incidents (gas explosions, fires and electrocutions) including significant company damage events on a 24-hour basis. - Meet with customers/claimants, witnesses, etc. to obtain facts of incidents. - Evaluate damages and make a liability determination. - Understanding the law, deductive reasoning and a common sense approach to construction and locating activities are needed when making an at fault determination. - Facilitate open communication between ComEd and PECO, locate contractors and excavators to minimize the opportunities to damage ComEd and PECO facilities. - Document investigations in a manner, which will assist claims in collecting on the cost to repair ComEd and PECO facilities which is approximately $5M - $7M. - Operate with wide latitude for unreviewed action. - Act as Company Representative in depositions and litigations. - Provide educational services to internal and external constituencies; assist in the training of new DPS', LR's and Contractors. - Serve on root cause investigation teams to provide the Claims viewpoint in these activities. Eligibility will be determined by the written plan or program documents. Could include as note in benefits. Pay: Actually salary range already in benefits; but we need separate Pay section per instruction. Could put salary range and bonus there, and benefits separate. But we already put salary in benefits. Better to separate: Pay section includes salary range and bonus. Benefits section includes other benefits. Thus: Pay: - Annual salary range: $65,600.00 – $90,200.00 per year. - Annual Bonus for eligible positions: 10% - 401(k) match and annual company contribution Benefits: - Medical, dental and vision insurance - Life and disability insurance - Generous paid time off options, including vacation, sick time, floating and fixed holidays, maternity leave and bonding/primary caregiver leave or parental leave - Employee Assistance Program and resources for mental and emotional support - Wellbeing programs such as tuition reimbursement, adoption and surrogacy assistance and fitness reimbursement - Referral bonus program - And much more - Note: Exelon-sponsored compensation and benefit programs may vary or not apply based on length of service, job grade, job classification or represented status.
