Dairy Queen - Manager

About the role

Dairy Queen seeks a Manager to oversee the entire operation of the store. The position involves managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and aligning with the Fan's expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control, product ordering, and cash control.
• Train and educate shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, product recipes, food safety, and restaurant safety.
• Execute the restaurant’s business plan, analyze COGS, adjust inventory, project demand, and manage labor.
• Optimize sales and profit by increasing average meal checks and customer visit frequency.
• Handle customer complaints and build positive relationships with customers.
• Prepare and maintain schedules for employees to meet staffing requirements.
• Model and enforce policies, and assist in hiring, training, and developing staff.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of PRIDE systems and routines.
• Experience in managing a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop a team.
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
• Valid driver’s license.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

First / Day: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Second / Afternoon: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Third / Night: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
