Dairy/Frozen Foods

Responsibilities

• Fill and rotate cases and displays (may involve heavy lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Assist with receiving products and merchandising to keep shelves full
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary store
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
• Be part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing, promotes customer service for the entire team
• Experience working in a dairy‑frozen position
• Knowledge of stocking, load cutting, and displaying cases
• Motivated to grow career and continue learning
• Ability to perform frequent physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 2000 force lbs, walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting, kneeling, repetitive motion (turning, bending)
• Occasional mental math/calculation and physical climbing of ladders
• Basic computer skills, reading, writing, memorization, social skills/verbal interaction, judgment/decision making
• Extended exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces
• Operation of equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, carts, box cutter, compactor, baler, scanner, register, scale, check approval machine, coupon machine, paging system

Pay

Progressive scale from $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Hours: Sunday – Saturday, varied hours.
