D365 CE Senior Project Manager
About the role
As a D365 CE Senior Project Manager, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) implementations. This role is remote with 25-50% travel required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to prepare and manage objectives, scope, project plan, timeline, budget, and resource plan for D365 CRM/CE implementations.
- Participate in operational review meetings with customers to translate business needs into functional requirements and business scenarios.
- Identify stakeholders and establish effective communication and coordination with all parties involved.
- Manage effective transition of requirements to the delivery team, ensuring clear and complete understanding.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle for approved development activities.
- Facilitate weekly status meetings with clients and prepare weekly status reports.
- Identify risks and manage risk mitigation plans in close collaboration with clients.
- Lead effective collaboration across multiple teams to proactively manage escalations and facilitate resolution, ensuring communication throughout the process.
- Utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS), DevOps, and standard tools to deliver project work.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience directly managing software implementation deployments (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) and/or CE/CRM experience is a plus).
- Experience with IT implementation methodologies across all phases: Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, and Operation.
- Understanding of complete solutions within the context of an integrated enterprise-wide IT strategy.
- Ability to work closely with key business stakeholders to communicate progress and vision.
- Ability to allocate the correct resources to each project phase and monitor their performance.
- Consensus-driven management style that supports a vast set of stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, teambuilding, and motivational skills.
- Excellent client relation skills, communication, organization, and prioritization capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience leading senior business executive-level meetings.
- Prior experience working at a consultancy.
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to travel 25-50%.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LCS & Azure DevOps.
- Experience in manufacturing/distribution industries.
- PMP Certificate.

Pay
The base compensation range for this role is $81,980.50 - $127,152.38 - $172,324.25. Final offer amount may vary based on experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for roles in our Government Services pillar are determined by contract with the specific government agency Sikich is servicing.
