Project Manager Senior

We are representing an opportunity for an experienced project professional to support high-priority transformation work within a Precision Medicine organization. This position will help organize, plan, and drive cross-functional initiatives that simplify complex processes and improve execution across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Partner with strategic planning and operations leaders to coordinate daily priorities, manage deliverables, and support execution against scope, quality, timeline, budget, and business objectives.
• Maintain project plans, decision logs, action trackers, risk and issue logs, and status updates to keep work organized, transparent, and on schedule.
• Prepare for and facilitate meetings by coordinating schedules, developing agendas and presentation materials, documenting decisions, and following up on action items.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and support executive-ready communications, presentations, and memos.

Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in biotech, pharma, life sciences, or consulting environments supporting those industries.
• Experience managing complex workforce strategy or build R&D projects, including developing and executing project plans.
• Experience generating project documentation such as charters and plans covering goals, objectives, deliverables, resources, risk mitigation, and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information into actionable plans and executive-ready materials.
• Proficiency using PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams.
• Ability to work with minimal oversight, remain proactive, and adapt to ambiguous business processes and evolving priorities.
