About the role

The Intune Team Lead provides clinical leadership and support by coordinating client services, facilitating team meetings, conducting behavioral health and psychosocial assessments, developing treatment and service plans, and monitoring client progress. The position advocates for clients, coordinates case management and community resources, provides crisis intervention and clinical guidance, and supports direct care staff through training and implementation of treatment and behavior modification plans.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate weekly team meetings to discuss all clients in services, programmatic needs, referrals, and other relevant concerns.
  • Act as a client advocate by coordinating required services and assisting with crisis resolution.
  • Counsel clients in individual and group sessions to help them overcome dependencies, recover from illness, and adjust to daily life.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and document client progress according to measurable goals outlined in treatment and care plans.
  • Refer clients and families to community resources to support recovery from mental or physical illness and provide access to services such as financial assistance, legal aid, housing, employment, and education.
  • Organize support groups and counsel family members to help them understand, cope with, and support the client.
  • Identify environmental barriers that may impede client progress through interviews and reviews of client records.
  • Provide training to direct care staff on the implementation of behavior modification techniques and treatment plans.
  • Perform clinical assessments of the behavioral health needs of consumers presenting for services.
  • Provide case management services based on identified treatment needs.
  • Design behavioral and therapeutic interventions for clients who are difficult to manage or have complex treatment needs.
  • Determine the necessity for commitment in accordance with accepted standards of clinical practice.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations to develop comprehensive case and service plans.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage & family counseling.
  • Associate licensure or full licensure (LAPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, or LMFT).
  • Two years of supervisory/management experience of clinical and support staff.
