About the role
D1 Training is an athletic-based training franchise that helps athletes of all ages reach their goals both on and off the field. Our programs are built around expert coaching, accountability, community, and results.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective members through phone calls, text messages, and email
- Schedule consultations, facility tours, assessments, and introductory appointments
- Respond quickly and professionally to leads generated through digital advertising and marketing campaigns
- Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, sports organizations, and community partners
- Build genuine relationships with parents, athletes, coaches, and adult clients
- Learn about each prospect’s goals and help connect them with the right D1 program
- Maintain consistent follow-up to increase appointment attendance and membership opportunities
- Coincide appointments with the coaching and leadership teams
- Track outreach, conversations, appointments, and follow-up activity accurately in the CRM
- Represent D1 Training professionally and enthusiastically in the local community
- Contribute to individual and team performance goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, hospitality, recruiting, or a call center environment
- Confidence making outbound calls and starting conversations with new people
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A friendly, professional, and relationship-focused personality
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- A positive attitude and willingness to be coached
- Motivation to achieve goals and earn performance-based bonuses
- Interest in fitness, sports, athletics, or helping people improve their lives
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
