About the role

D1 Training is an athletic-based training franchise that helps athletes of all ages reach their goals both on and off the field. Our programs are built around expert coaching, accountability, community, and results.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective members through phone calls, text messages, and email
  • Schedule consultations, facility tours, assessments, and introductory appointments
  • Respond quickly and professionally to leads generated through digital advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, sports organizations, and community partners
  • Build genuine relationships with parents, athletes, coaches, and adult clients
  • Learn about each prospect’s goals and help connect them with the right D1 program
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to increase appointment attendance and membership opportunities
  • Coincide appointments with the coaching and leadership teams
  • Track outreach, conversations, appointments, and follow-up activity accurately in the CRM
  • Represent D1 Training professionally and enthusiastically in the local community
  • Contribute to individual and team performance goals

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, hospitality, recruiting, or a call center environment
  • Confidence making outbound calls and starting conversations with new people
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A friendly, professional, and relationship-focused personality
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • A positive attitude and willingness to be coached
  • Motivation to achieve goals and earn performance-based bonuses
  • Interest in fitness, sports, athletics, or helping people improve their lives
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
