D/L - DC3 Packing Automation (1st Shift) Eyewear
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; fold minor metadata into short
or drop it. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Requisition ID: 942725 - Store #: M03580 Primary Direct - A Position: Full-Time Total Rewards: Benefits/Incentive Information Then description: "If you’ve worn a pair of glasses, we’ve already met. We are a global leader..." etc. That's about the company (About the role? Actually about company). Could be "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use About the role for company overview. Then "Job Description GENERAL FUNCTION The Distribution Clerk III (Distribution Data Clerk) provides support to assist the team in meeting the daily goals as established by the Distribution Manager and team leader." That's a general function description; could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. Probably Responsibilities. Then "Major Duties And Responsibilities" list: bullet points. Then "Basic Qualifications" list. Then "Preferred Qualifications" list. Then "This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts." That's about Pay and Benefits. Then boilerplate about compliance, accommodation request, EEO, etc. Remove. We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. So we can have: - About the role (company overview) - Responsibilities (major duties) - Requirements (maybe combine Basic Qualifications? Actually Requirements could be basic qualifications) - Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications) - Skills (maybe we can extract skills from qualifications? But we have skills listed: Excellent mathematical aptitude/numerical recognition, Strong data entry and keyboarding skills, Excellent computer skills, Basic knowledge of computers, Good attention to detail and organizational skills, Ability maintain confidentiality, Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds, Ability to work in a stand/walk position for up to 10 hours, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Exceptional planning and organizational skills, Ability to produce consistently high-quality work. Those could go under Skills. But we must not create thin sections. We can combine some. We need to decide which headings to use. We have content for: - About the role: company description. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: basic qualifications (High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year distribution experience, etc.) - Qualifications: preferred qualifications (High School Diploma or equivalent) - but that's basically same as basic; maybe we can skip Qualifications if it's redundant. But we could still include but note it's preferred. - Skills: we could extract skills from the qualifications list (mathematical aptitude, data entry, computer skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, lifting, stand/walk, communication, planning/organization, high-quality work). That's substantive. - Benefits: we have benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, various employee discounts. Also mention competitive bonus and/or commission plan, first-class total rewards package. So we can have Benefits section. - Pay: we have "Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan". That's about pay. So we can have Pay section. - Schedule: we have "Full-Time" mentioned earlier. Also "Ability to work in a stand/walk position for up to 10 hours". That's about schedule? Not exactly schedule but maybe we can include Schedule: Full-Time. However we need real specific content: we have "Full-Time" from the header. So we can include Schedule: Full-Time. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:
