About the role
We are looking for experienced line cook candidates to join our culinary team. Line cooks are vital members of the kitchen team who work closely with all back‑of‑house positions to cook, receive, prep, and organize food in order to maintain proper back‑of‑house operations for the continuity of the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with all back‑of‑house positions to cook, receive, prep, and organize food.
- Maintain proper back‑of‑house operations for continuity of the guest experience.
- Report to the Kitchen Manager.
- Operate grills, fryers, broilers, mixers, ovens, and other kitchen cooking equipment.
Requirements
- Experience as a line cook.
