Responsibilities

• Performing analytical procedures which regularly require a professional level of knowledge to execute, interpret, and/or analyze, especially those results which are abnormal or atypical.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Required: Bachelor of Science degree.
• Minimum Experience Required: One year of supervised clinical experience in an approved clinical laboratory.
• Minimum Licensure/Certification Required by Law: Certification as a cytotechnologist by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or the International Association of Cytotechnologists (IAC).
