Responsibilities
- Performing analytical procedures requiring a professional level of knowledge.
- Interpreting and analyzing results, especially abnormal or atypical ones.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science degree.
- Minimum Experience: One year of supervised clinical experience in an approved clinical laboratory.
- Licensure/Certification: Certification as a cytotechnologist by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or the International Association of Cytotechnologists (IAC).
