Cylinder Control Auditor

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• You will perform physical cylinder audits for customers as requested by the sales team, accounts receivable team or Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Cylinder Tracking team.
• This includes preparing the audit form, visiting the customer, and counting the cylinders on customer sites.
• You will work together with the Territory Manager, General Sales Manager, and AR Manager on appropriate resolution for cylinder discrepancies.
• You will enter audit findings in CU and TruTrak to reconcile the balances.
• You will prepare credit requests and loss of use documentation for accounts receivable.
• You will work with customers to resolve cylinder issues and negotiate loss of use charges and open rental invoices.
• You will reduce the number of negative cylinder balances for the LG&E South Region.
• You will understand the cylinder barcoding process and bar code cylinders as needed during audits.
• You will review all in-house accounts monthly and work with the branches to ensure no cylinder balances have been posted on the house accounts such as CAXXX, SUXXX, etc.
