Cycle Counter - 1st Shift (Supply Chain)

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Cycle Counter on 1st shift in Waukesha, WI.

Pay

$20.80 per hour plus a $2.50/hr shift premium for off shifts. Overtime is available and may be mandatory.

Schedule

Core hours: 7 am – 3 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime may extend these hours.

Responsibilities

• Achieve cycle-counting metrics per OpA requirements
• Execute proactive cycle-counting activities and analyze inventory errors to determine root cause(s)
• Engage in projects to improve material flow and inventory accuracy
• Operate computerized stock storage system or SAP system for various operations
• Work independently and in group settings to execute key objectives
• Locate, expedite, prep, and move material as needed
• Operate various-sized forklifts, dock plates, and other warehouse equipment
• Perform work from specifications and/or communicated instructions
• Follow established working procedures
• Meet or exceed quality and quantity standards
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment
• Contribute suggestions for methods or product improvement
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Adhere to all environmental, health, safety rules and regulations, and work instructions
• Foster an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals, philosophies, and continuous improvement
• Assist receiving dock and production material handling as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Must be able to walk, stand, or sit for an 8-hour shift with or without reasonable accommodations
• Basic understanding of SAP
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; bend, twist, grab, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, and use both hands to lift and lower materials

Qualifications

• No immigration sponsorship is available for this position
• No relocation benefit is offered; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service members exempt)
• Preferred: minimum of 1 year of forklift and SAP experience
• Preferred: previous material assurance/kitting experience
