Cyberspace Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Peraton is seeking an experienced Cyberspace Intelligence Analyst to join our USCYBERCOM team in the Fort Meade, MD area.

• Leads and participates in Joint Planning Groups (JPGs) and Operational Planning Teams/Groups (OPTs) developing and integrating cyber capabilities into planned operations, supporting Combatant Commander regionally focused planning efforts.
• Contributes to cyberspace operations through intelligence product analysis; performs a vast array of cyberspace intelligence analyst duties with limited guidance.
• Possesses an in-depth understanding of intelligence analytic concepts to monitor, assess, and report on cyberspace operations, capabilities, and vulnerabilities.
• Contributes substantive content for operational-level reports, briefings, and Operational Plans (OPLANS).
• Advises stakeholders and coordinates actions with no guidance.
• Develops, integrates, and maintains operational Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Concept of Operations (CONOPs).
• Evaluates countermeasure assessments and provides recommendations to leadership on implementation.
• Contributes substantive content to the development of complex analytic approaches and recommendations for problems with incomplete or unprecedented data.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Cyber Intelligence Analyst, with a focus on Cyber or SIGINT operations.
• Minimum of High School Diploma.
• Highly organized, flexible multi-tasker with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated initiative in solving problems.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with metrics and analyzing trend data.
• Experience as an Interactive On-Net Operator, Discovery Analyst, or Exploitation Analyst (Basic, Intermediate, or Senior) is helpful.

Pay

Target salary range: $112,000 - $179,000. Salary is determined by scope and responsibilities, experience, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, geographic location, and business/contract considerations. Eligible employees may receive overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
