About The Role

We are looking for a motivated, highly organized Cybersecurity Project Manager to support the overall Program Lead on a critical global cybersecurity transformation initiative. This role requires an experienced-level project manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and can drive execution across complex, multi-phase rollouts. While you do not need to be a deeply technical security engineer, you must possess a solid, broad-based foundation in cybersecurity to effectively track technical deliverables, understand risks, and bridge the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.

About The Client

This role will support the Cybersecurity Transformation Program for its international markets, a major enterprise initiative designed to standardize and elevate the global security posture across multiple markets. This involves managing the rollout of accelerated risk remediation, assessing vulnerabilities globally and driving a sustainable cybersecurity posture.

A Day in the Life

  • Project Coordination & Management: Assist in managing large-scale programs, including planning, execution, and reporting, and ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Execution & Dashboarding: Develop and maintain a real-time Program Dashboard using Smartsheet showing program value and progress. Provide periodic reports summarizing milestone status, critical blockers, and key decisions required.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Maintain a centralized RAID Log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) to ensure proactive tracking and timely resolution of project hurdles.
  • Meeting Facilitation Support: Prepare high-quality executive deliverables, including the SteerCo Briefing Deck and formal meeting minutes. Support facilitation of meetings, workshops, and progress updates to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Support facilitation of periodic workstream syncs to ensure integration across teams. Partner with TPM resources and workstream leads to align priorities and ensure program outcomes are achieved.
  • Scalable Roadmap Development: Assist in developing roadmaps including developing a global rollout plan by documenting market prioritization and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Gather feedback and adjust approaches to meet evolving client needs.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of project management or consulting experience, preferably managing or supporting transformation initiatives in dynamic environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • You must be highly capable of building automated dashboards and tracking mechanisms from scratch.
  • Broad-based foundational cybersecurity experience. You should confidently understand core enterprise security concepts to effectively manage technical RAID logs and communicate with technical resources.
  • Strong business writing and presentation skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex program data into clear, executive-level deliverables.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time-management abilities, and comfort working with data and project metrics.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships, manage stakeholder feedback, and adjust approaches to meet evolving program needs.

It Would Be Great If You Also Had

  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications.
  • Foundational cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CISM).
  • Experience operating within a large-scale global transformation program in a Consulting firm.
  • Familiarity with change management and organizational stakeholder engagement best practices.
