About the role

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to join their team. As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will be part of the Cybersecurity department supporting cross-functional teams across international locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple cybersecurity projects within a global enterprise environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across international locations to ensure project success.
  • Control and manage project schedules, monitor costs, and drive technical performance of cybersecurity components.
  • Develop and maintain project artifacts such as dashboards, status reports, stakeholder registers, and communication plans.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure project initiatives are adopted and successfully executed, safeguarding the organization's technology and reputation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of project management experience managing the full lifecycle for multiple projects.
  • Certification such as PMP or equivalent in project management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Project.
  • Proven success in delivering projects within budget and timeframes, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop and maintain project artifacts and stakeholder relationships.
