About the role
Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity solutions to protect company networks and data.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
- Monitor network traffic for potential threats
- Perform vulnerability assessments and implement remediation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure software development practices
- Stay updated on emerging threats and technologies in cybersecurity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- CISSP certification preferred
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with network security tools and technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of common cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST)
- Experience with incident response and threat hunting
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- Understanding of cloud security principles and practices
