Cybersecurity Analyst-SR

About the role

Provides cybersecurity support for enterprise IT systems, including vulnerability assessments, compliance checks, and incident response. Ensures systems meet DoD and USASMDC cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities

• Conducts vulnerability assessments and implements remediation strategies
• Performs compliance checks and ensures systems adhere to DoD and USASMDC standards
• Develops and maintains security policies and procedures
• Supports incident response efforts and conducts forensic analysis
• Prepares and submits ATO packages and risk assessments
• Monitors and responds to security alerts and incidents
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance overall security posture

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• 4-year degree OR 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
• Ability to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO
• Active SECRET clearance
• DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Certification (minimum Security+)
• Risk Management Framework (RMF), FISMA, eMASS
• Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
