About The Role The IAM Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the security and integrity of the bank's information systems through effective application administration, maintenance, and identity and access management support. This position involves supporting the development and implementation of IAM programs, conducting user acceptance testing, performing regular user access reviews, and maintaining comprehensive system documentation. The role requires a high level of technical expertise to mitigate cyber threats, security risks, and prevent unauthorized access. The IAM Administrator will also assess organizational networks, applications, and systems for vulnerabilities, ensuring the protection of critical assets and information. Staying current with industry practices, emerging threats, and technological advancements is essential to enhance the bank’s defenses. The role may include mentoring less experienced team members and providing guidance on best practices in identity management and security protocols. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 8 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network, or Information Security.3-4 years of proven experience as an IAM Engineer or in a related role.Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ installation, configuration, and administration.Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and least privilege principles.Experience with directory services including Active Directory and LDAP.Knowledge of SSO protocols and multi-factor authentication (MFA), including SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell, along with SQL query skills.Familiarity with Linux environments and basic scripting for platform support.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Remote work eligibility is available. Responsibilities Provide administration, configuration, and ongoing support for SailPoint IdentityIQ products to ensure optimal performance.Implement and enforce mechanisms to monitor, respond to, and report on inappropriate data access events proactively.Support all design, implementation, and maintenance activities related to IAM systems, ensuring compliance with security standards.Manage the lifecycle of enterprise end-user accounts across various applications such as Active Directory, Azure, SAP, Salesforce, and SailPoint IdentityIQ, including provisioning and de-provisioning services.Monitor system performance and health, ensuring high availability and efficient operation of the IAM platform.Maintain, upgrade, and patch IAM, directory, and SSO systems to keep systems current and secure.Conduct regular user access reviews and audit activities to ensure adherence to security policies.Assess organizational networks, applications, and systems for vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.Develop scripts and queries to automate routine tasks and enhance system support capabilities.Stay informed about industry best practices, security threats, and emerging technologies to continually improve defenses.Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment.
