About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead IT Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our Cyber Security team, based in Atlanta, GA, with potential remote flexibility. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions to enhance Smurfit Westrock’s security posture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to deploy and maintain IAM services that align with our cybersecurity strategies, ensuring robust protection of digital identities and access protocols. Your expertise will contribute to modernizing our access control frameworks, implementing role-based access controls, and supporting identity lifecycle management processes, thereby safeguarding our enterprise systems from emerging threats.
