Overview

The Cyber Project Manager, Principal Associate role at Capital One is responsible for overseeing the success of Cyber-owned programs that have enterprise-level impacts. The associate will report, coordinate with cross-team members to remove impediments and solve technical issues, and partner closely with impacted engineering teams to enable successful delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
  • 5+ years experience in Program Management preferred
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in project or program management preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working within technology preferred
  • 2+ years experience leading in a Cyber-focused organization preferred
  • Corporate management consulting experience preferred
  • Financial Services industry experience preferred
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred
  • Google Suite Upscaled Proficiency preferred
  • Project Management (PMP), Program Management (PgMP), Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred
