Cyber Operations Manager | Remote, USA

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers through engagement activities
• Act as a senior leader in service delivery and management
• Create detailed plans for accomplishing client engagement objectives
• Provide feedback and mentorship to team members
• Deliver services with a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity architectures
• Assess technology trends and their impact on client businesses
• Lead project management efforts and foster teamwork within engagement teams
• Contribute to innovative insights and thought leadership for clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, Engineering, or related field
• 4-7 years in service delivery management
• 4-7 years in Project Management
• 4-7 years in Information Technology
• Expertise in multiple security domains including IAM/PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerability management
• Excellent business acumen and understanding of service organization dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive assessment reports
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
