Cyber Defense Security Architect

About the role

This role is for a Director, Cyber Defense Agentic Security Architect within an advisory practice focused on cybersecurity transformation and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams and clients to develop scalable AI-enabled cyber defense solutions
• Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-wide security architectures
• Integrate cyber defense technologies (such as SIEM, XDR/EDR, SOAR) with AI models
• Modernize security data architectures
• Ensure secure, governed AI solutions with proper oversight, AI governance, and operational safeguards
• Lead technical discussions with security stakeholders and communicate the value of solutions to executive leaders

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum eight years of experience in cybersecurity architecture, threat detection, or related fields
• Deep expertise in security technologies and AI applications
• Strong communication skills to engage with executive teams
• Relevant industry certifications preferred
• Ability to lead innovative security projects
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to travel as needed
