Cyber Client Advisor

About the role
This hybrid role, based in New York, requires in-office presence 3 days per week. As a Cyber Client Advisor, you will join Marsh’s cyber team to deliver expert advisory and market-leading solutions, helping clients manage cyber risk with confidence. You will develop an understanding of clients' business priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs to provide tailored advice. The role involves client-facing interactions, policy management, and delivering technical expertise for RFPs.
Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and develop solutions for risk situations across varying levels of complexity.
- Meet with clients directly during meetings and proposals, and prepare client marketing messages.
- Submit coverage specifications, obtain quotes from carriers, bind coverage, and ensure program accuracy.
- Analyze carrier quotes and provide recommendations.
- Develop strong working relationships with carriers and underwriters.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the insurance and risk marketplace, including financial strength, risk appetite, and market conditions.
- Contribute to the firm’s body of knowledge on product lines by participating in internal networks.
- Support client retention and new business production by collaborating with client teams.
- Identify opportunities for new products and develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients’ day-to-day service needs.
- Manage policy delivery and address client inquiries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience; cyber experience is highly preferred.
- P&C license or ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $92,500 to $197,100, determined by factors such as experience, skills, location, and education. The position may also be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Hybrid work schedule requiring in-office presence 3 days per week, with at least one designated "anchor day" for team collaboration.
