CX Ops Associate Analyst
About the role
Cribl is a rapidly growing company that partners with IT and Security teams at major enterprises to handle telemetry data. We're seeking a Customer Experience Operations Specialist to join our hybrid team, working remotely with occasional in-office visits. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in operations or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Manage post-sales programs to drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer success
- Deliver infrastructure and programs that help Cribl customers thrive and keep internal teams productive
- Use Gainsight to execute post-sales customer communication programs
- Support related customer experience programs and operations
- Apply AI tools for increased automation and efficiency
Requirements
- A BA or BS degree in technology, data science, or a related field with Computer Science
- Recent graduate or early in career with 2-3 years of experience in Customer Operations or related fields
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Prior internship or campus experience in tech, operations, customer support, or program coordination preferred but not required
- Proven time management skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and meaningfully contribute to operational success
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university, ideally in technology, data science, or a related field with Computer Science
- Recent graduate or early in career with 2-3 years of experience in Customer Operations or related fields

Pay
The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location and will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission). For all other roles, employees are eligible to participate in the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role with in-office time at Cribl HQ in San Francisco on average once per week.
