This is a full-time, seasonal position based in Denver HQ, beginning in September 2026 and ending in March 2027. There is potential for this role to transition into a full-time, year-round position based on business needs.

About the role

As a Seasonal CX Agent, you will primarily handle inbound customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, SMS, and Instagram DMs. You will represent the Halfdays brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences and report to the Senior CX Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Address inbound customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, SMS, and Instagram DMs
  • Work with customers to efficiently resolve concerns, including technical issues, payment concerns, warranty claims, or shipping and delivery questions
  • Provide an unmatched customer experience through expert knowledge of products and policies while creating meaningful connections with customers
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers to ask questions, learn about the brand, and share feedback
  • Process customer returns sent to the office
  • Moderate customer reviews by responding with gratitude and offering additional support if needed
  • Meet department-led objectives and performance metrics set by leadership
  • Embody Halfdays brand values and contribute to a positive team culture

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of prior CX experience in a customer-centric e-commerce business
  • Working knowledge of Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform
  • Working knowledge of Gladly or a similar customer support system
  • Practical knowledge of customer service best practices
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Empathetic and personable phone etiquette
  • Ability to maintain a calm and collected demeanor in stressful situations
  • Open availability during the holidays is required for this seasonal, customer-facing role
