Key Responsibilities
- CWSP Transportation
- Manage all aspects of CWSP’s transportation operation
- Develop and manage transportation routes
- Create and maintain route sheets
- Manage Pace Not-for-Profit Shuttle Program
- Ensure operational protocol and procedures are followed
- Coordinate mid-day student pick-ups
- Driver Supervision
- Serve as direct supervisor for van drivers and bus chaperones
- Recruit, select, orient, train, and develop staff
- Monitor performance, coach, hold accountable, and appraise staff performance
- Schedule drivers for all CWSP routes
- Manage driver time and budget resources
- Monitor staff hours and submit payroll
- Systems Administrator and Data Analytics
- Support the Director as the system administrator for Salesforce
- Align operational processes with system capabilities
- Implement workflows to support CWSP operations
- Generate Salesforce reports
- Represent CTK in broader database initiatives
- Contract Billing
- Set up and maintain annual billing tracker spreadsheet
- Generate and send invoices to corporate partners
- Track payments received
- Follow up on late or missing payments
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Student Break Work Coordination
- Coordinate student break work
- Ensure all documentation is complete
- Coordinate timecards and submit payroll
- Invoice partners for student work
- Other CWSP Duties as Assigned
- Coordinate additional CWSP operations processes
- As Success Coordinator for a limited portfolio of corporate partners
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience coordinating transportation at scale or as a systems administrator
- Experience in education, workforce development, nonprofit, social services, or similar fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license with no serious moving violations and proof of insurance
- Minimum of 3 years of safe driving experience
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills

- Ability to become and maintain Pace driver certification
- Ability to pass annual and random drug tests and alcohol screens
- Flexibility to adjust hours to drive routes as needed
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
