Essential Functions, Roles, and Responsibilities
- Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations.
- Maintain inventory for all identified components and sub-assemblies for wellhead equipment.
- Test equipment based on specifications. Checking compatibility of equipment, evaluating and inspecting condition, dry fitting and communicating relevant information with internal sources.
- Servicing equipment as requested by customers in accordance with maintenance procedures.
- Repairing equipment as requested by customers and as necessary due to field malfunctions.
- Identifying and ensuring appropriate tools, backup equipment and parts are available.
- Maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing timely and competent service.
- Performing other related duties as assigned or requested.
Education, Training, Experience
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Basic understanding of API, QA and QPM.
- Intermediate Computer Skills.
- Intermediate Language Skills.
- Intermediate Mathematical Skills.
- Intermediate Reasoning Ability.
