CVT Technician | Day Shift | Full Time

About the role

This role oversees all diagnostic and interventional procedures in a state-of-the-art Cath Lab environment, including coronary, peripheral, and structural heart cases.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and high-quality patient care environment during procedures.
• Makes rounds to monitor patients and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Assists as a scrub assistant during procedures.
• Educates and mentors students and new staff members.
• Fosters a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or Respiratory Therapy, or five years of relevant experience with required certifications.
• Certifications such as RCIS or RCES are mandatory within 12 months of hire.
• Licenses like FL Certified Radiologic Technologist or FL Registered Respiratory Therapist are preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
