CVP, Solution and Industry Marketing

For our client, a leader in the Energy & Utilities space, we are seeking a CVP of Solution and Industry Marketing to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation.

About the role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within an Energy & Utilities environment.

Location: Coppell, TX. US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define organizational imperatives and drive strategic marketing plans
• Create messaging and content frameworks for various audiences
• Prioritize investment in multi-channel initiatives and collaborations
• Analyze AI trends to enhance messaging and content delivery
• Ensure quality and customer focus in all marketing deliverables
• Act as spokesperson for the company in engagements with analysts and partners

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software industry marketing experience, ideally with a mix of technical and business backgrounds
• Deep understanding of supply chains and necessary technologies
• Strong collaboration skills in complex, matrixed organizations
• Proven experience in cloud software/service, SaaS, and AI-native companies
• Strong leadership experience managing teams of over 20 marketers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with influence across various levels
• Proven ability to recruit and develop high-performing marketing teams

Pay

$219,312 – $284,687 annually
