About the role
Provide evidence-based, time-limited outpatient treatment for adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families, focusing on veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical intake assessments, screenings, psychosocial assessments, and document progress and referrals.
- Deliver individual, couples, and family psychotherapy, coordinating with caregivers, physicians, and other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care.
- Attend weekly clinical, supervision, and administrative meetings; participate in treatment team discussions.
- Implement evidence-based practices with fidelity and maintain appropriate caseloads.
- Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance for client files (paper & electronic).
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly program reports; provide telehealth services as needed.
- Assist in training and development plans for clinical staff.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a clinical field with at least 5 years of clinical experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Level II Background clearance.
- Experience with assessment and treatment of trauma, PTSD, substance use disorders, and working with military/veteran populations.
- Knowledge of DSM-IV/DSM-V diagnoses and evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Ability to operate via telehealth platforms as required.
- Commitment to compliance and quality standards.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
