CVN Clinician

About the role

Provide evidence-based, time-limited outpatient treatment for adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families, focusing on veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical intake assessments, screenings, psychosocial assessments, and document progress and referrals.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family psychotherapy, coordinating with caregivers, physicians, and other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care.
• Attend weekly clinical, supervision, and administrative meetings; participate in treatment team discussions.
• Implement evidence-based practices with fidelity and maintain appropriate caseloads.
• Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance for client files (paper & electronic).
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly program reports; provide telehealth services as needed.
• Assist in training and development plans for clinical staff.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a clinical field with at least 5 years of clinical experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Level II Background clearance.
• Experience with assessment and treatment of trauma, PTSD, substance use disorders, and working with military/veteran populations.
• Knowledge of DSM-IV/DSM-V diagnoses and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Ability to operate via telehealth platforms as required.
• Commitment to compliance and quality standards.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
