Cutter Machine Operator

4:45pm–2:45am Monday–Friday, Le Center, MN

About the role

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operators to support our fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll operate both automated and manual cutting equipment to ensure every product meets our high quality standards. Responsibilities

• Set up production equipment
• Prepare cutters and manual lines according to product specifications
• Complete safety inspections: verify guarding, e-stops, and safety devices before operation
• Perform changeovers: adjust inline cutters, outfeed conveyors, and merge tables for new products
• Track product identity: maintain accurate lot numbers and documentation
• Ensure product quality: verify slice count, cut accuracy, and final appearance before packaging
• Follow GMPs: maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all food safety standards
• Work safely: adhere to all safety rules and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 6 months–1 year of related manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Strong manual dexterity and motor skills
• Solid eye-hand coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

• Fast-moving production floor with both manual and automated equipment
• Temperature varies by season—dress appropriately
• Chemical handling required for sanitation processes
• Exposure to common food allergens, including milk, soy, wheat, egg, tree nuts, and peanuts
