Cut Floor Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide cut floor staff to ensure efficient and accurate operations
• Manage and prioritize daily production schedules and workloads
• Monitor product quality and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe working environment
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to employees
• Cook with management and other departments to optimize processes and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of production, staffing, and inventory levels
• Address and troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions or operational challenges promptly

Requirements

• Educational: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing or meat processing environment

• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards
• Familiarity with operational procedures and relevant software tools

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working in cold and wet facility environments

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to work varied shifts as needed
• Occasional travel may be required
