Customs Brokerage Rep II (Tues-Fri 8am-430pm & Sat 7am-330pm) *REMOTE* (Must live within commutable distance to Louisville, KY)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs entries accurately and on time
• Review and audit commercial documents; identify and resolve discrepancies
• Apply correct HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) codes for duty assessment
• Communicate documentation needs with customers and foreign origins
• Cookier freight forwarding and delivery with domestic and international carriers
• Submit customs entries via GBS-CM in a timely manner
• Scan and upload documentation into internal imaging systems
• Prepare reports, presentations, and database-driven analyses
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive, clear communication
• Support weekend or holiday work on a rotational basis, as needed

Requirements

• A high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• A basic understanding of U.S. customs operations, regulations, and government agencies
• Familiarity with HTS codes or tariff classification (preferred but not required)
• Strong computer skills and comfort with data entry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve documentation issues
