Customization Associate - Weekday Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Customization Associate to become an integral part of our team at Columbia Safety & Supply. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to join a growing company specializing in fall protection, personal protective equipment, industrial tools, and safety equipment for at-height industries. The Customization Associate is accountable for successfully and efficiently meeting the needs of clients through customized product orders.

Schedule

Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Properly clean, maintain, calibrate, program, adjust, and change machines and settings.
• Select the proper art files, thread, needles, and backing to meet quality and design specifications.
• Hoop products, load and unload items to/from machines for quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues to maintain design and item quality during embroidery runs.
• Document machine settings and supplies used on new designs to ensure future consistency.
• Perform product and order trimming, folding, packaging, and staging to meet needs and quality standards.
• Participate in, and request, ongoing personal and team training for customization and departmental cross-training, while supporting and training other teammates as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace through daily cleaning.
