Customization Associate - Weekend Shift

About the role

The Customization Associate is responsible for meeting client needs through customized product orders, engaging with daily customization activities, ensuring high-quality output, and resolving issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Properly clean, maintain, calibrate, program, adjust, and change machines and settings.
• Select the proper art files, thread, needles, and backing to meet quality and design specifications.
• Hoop products, load and unload items to/from machines for quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues to maintain design and item quality during embroidery runs.
• Document machine settings and supplies used on new designs to ensure future consistency.
• Trim, fold, package, and stage products and orders to meet quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing personal and team training, including cross-training, and support or train teammates as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace through daily cleaning.

Schedule

Friday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
