About the role
Phenom is an AI-Powered talent experience platform redefining the HR tech space. As a global organization with offices in 6 countries and over 1,500 employees, we are seeking a Customer Value Manager (CVM) to engage with Phenom customers globally, driving adoption and usage of our TXM platform. This role will be onsite 5 days/week.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate SOW and develop training plans and strategic consulting around the early adoption period for new Enterprise Customers.
- Provide virtual teaching on platform usage (CRM/plug-ins) during the first 90 days post-sale up to “Go-live date.”
- Re-engage current customers through onsite training, written training material, and virtual training.
- Deliver business impact, innovation, and relevant value by understanding customers’ key business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Drive value of deployed solutions to enhance retention and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing existing solutions and adopting new ones.
- Educate customers on new product capabilities and position value propositions for platform expansion.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Implementation, Support, Development, and Account Management to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Establish and manage key stakeholder, program owner, and end-user relationships post-signature and post-go-live.
- Create success and adoption plans with key stakeholders to define expectations and partnership goals.
- Oversee Champions training and certification, deliver persona-based end-user training, host office hours, and monitor adoption metrics to adjust enablement plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Customer Value Manager or in a related role.
- Experience using technology, metrics, and reporting to manage customer support functions.
- Ability to conduct value-based conversations with business executives and clients.
- Experience managing products, product offerings, and customer experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

Pay
Expected salary range: $75,000–90,000 (subject to change in accordance with Phenom’s policies).
