Customer Technical Support

About the role

Our client is seeking a Customer Technical Support professional to join their team. As a Customer Technical Support specialist, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting internal end-users. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal end-user support for hardware, software, and networking solutions.
• Assist with help desk (L1) and onsite desk side (L2) support for employees working onsite and remotely.
• Manage incidents and requests using ServiceNow, while also supporting tasks outside of ticketing systems.
• Deliver high-touch, white glove client support in a fast-paced environment.
• Support hardware troubleshooting, imaging, configuration, and deployment of HP and Lenovo laptops/desktops.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience providing technical support in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, including HP and Lenovo devices.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS and Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft 365.
• Experience with enterprise tools such as remote support software, VPN, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
