Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and technical requirements.
• Design and build technical solutions based on customer requirements, including understanding customer needs, analyzing complex problems, and proposing effective and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales materials, participate in customer presentations, and contribute to proposal development.
• Support the Technical Solutioning and Solutioning Managers during customer technology and business discussions, even at the highest levels of Business/IT Director/LOB.
• Present technical solutions in a professional and concise manner, showcasing your mastery of the subject matter.
• Create differentiated propositions that align with market requirements, positioning Kyndryl as a leader in the industry.
• Compile, refine, and take ownership of final solution documents.
• Lead contract negotiations, up to the point of signature, and facilitate a smooth engagement hand-over process.
• Standardize go-to-market pitches across various industries.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy.
• Expertise with IT organizational models, IT governance, management and operating models, and IT financing models.
• In-depth understanding of various IT domains such as infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent customer and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in a consulting or advisory role, providing strategic guidance and solutions to customers.
• Knowledge of designing architectures for cloud environments, hybrid infrastructure, and integrating diverse systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Professional Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Skillsoft, etc., is preferred.

Pay

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $150,720 to $286,200 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.

Schedule

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans.
