  • Collect, prioritize, track, and drive customer-reported issues to resolution, communicating status to customers and internal executive teams.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales teams to resolve planning, technical, and logistical issues while maintaining project scope.
  • Coordinate and lead complex technical discussions between hardware and software engineering teams.
  • Represent the urgency of issues and escalate them internally or externally as needed.
  • Regularly communicate executive-level program status and key issues to management.
  • Develop strong working relationships with customer development teams and creatively find optimal solutions.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in the high-tech industry with a focus on Technical Program Management, supporting OEMs/ODMs and Enterprise Workstation System Partners.
  • Proven customer savvy in managing complex programs, particularly with strategic customers and Tier-1 OEMs for Enterprise Workstation System Platforms.
  • Technical expertise in workstation devices, software engineering, network topologies, interfaces, and qualification/deployment requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills across diverse functional teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.

Skills

  • Solid experience working with large OEMs/ODMs on workstation system integration, development, and deployment under tight timelines or constrained resources.
  • Ability to define and drive complex programs with a deep understanding of dependencies, critical paths, and key milestones.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple OEMs/ODMs and programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.
  • System-building expertise, including assembling and connecting workstation components such as GPUs, CPUs, memory, networking, and storage systems.

Pay

Base salary range: $168,000 – $258,750 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
