NVIDIA is seeking a Customer Technical Program Manager to drive the planning and execution of sophisticated, multidisciplinary programs for system-level integration and qualification of AI Enterprise Workstation Solutions, as well as sustaining activities.

About the Role

You will thrive in an agile and forward-thinking environment, balancing technical complexity, process, quality, and execution speed. The role involves supporting external OEM System Partners from early development phases through system integration, certification, and production readiness for mass production, as well as supporting the product throughout its lifecycle.

You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to plan and drive hardware/software initiatives, assemble requirements, prioritize tasks, and develop schedules. This role requires leading and improving product development and software release processes while working with diverse technical groups across all interpersonal levels.

Responsibilities

  • Align customers with NVIDIA Enterprise Workstation Platform integration requirements, assigning tasks to relevant functional areas.
  • Collect, prioritize, track, and drive customer-reported issues to resolution.
  • Communicate issue status clearly to customers and internal NVIDIA executive teams.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales teams to resolve planning, technical, and logistical issues while maintaining project scope.
  • Coordinate and lead complex technical discussions between hardware and software engineering teams.
  • Represent the urgency of issues and escalate them internally or externally as needed.
  • Provide executive-level program status reports and key issue updates to management.
  • Develop strong working relationships with customer development teams and creatively find optimal solutions.

You should have a solid understanding of workstation system components such as GPUs, CPUs, memory, networking, and storage systems.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in the high-tech industry with a focus on Technical Program Management, supporting OEMs/ODMs and Enterprise Workstation System Partners.
  • Proven customer savvy from managing complex programs, particularly with strategic Enterprise Workstation System Platforms for Tier-1 OEMs.
  • Technical expertise in workstation devices, software engineering, network topologies, interfaces, and qualification/deployment requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills across diverse functional teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large OEMs/ODMs on workstation system integration, development, and deployment under tight timelines or constrained resources.
  • Ability to define and drive complex programs with a deep understanding of dependencies, critical paths, and key milestones.
  • Track record of managing multiple OEMs/ODMs and programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.

Pay

Base salary range: $168,000 – $258,750 USD. Eligible for equity and benefits.
