Customer Svc Rep

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders.
• Input customer credits and add bills.
• Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Aid customers with orders and problems.
• Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Perform administrative tasks such as checking faxes and mail on a daily basis, writing sample requests and special orders when necessary.
• Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 - 12 months customer service, call center and / or related area experience

Qualifications

• Must be able to work holidays.
• Schedule: Sunday 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday - Thursday 8:15am to 4:45pm
• Training is on site.

Pay

• $18.00 - $20.00
