Description

We are seeking customer support volunteers to manage incoming inquiries and directly assist NGOs and relief organizations using the SmartResponse platform.

We need dedicated support representatives to act as a front-line champions for our users. By ensuring organizations have a seamless experience, you help them focus on what they do best: aiding communities in crisis.

  • Account Management: Helping administrators securely change organization names on SmartResponse.
  • General Support: Answering general SmartResponse platform questions.
  • Survey Assistance: Guiding users step-by-step when they need help completing a survey or troubleshooting survey errors.
  • Direct Engagement: Leading support sessions when users request a one-on-one call.
  • Platform Improvement: Gathering and organizing user suggestions for SmartResponse to share with our technical teams.

Background

The Disaster Accountability Project is a volunteer-powered organization. Launched after Hurricane Katrina to improve effectiveness, accountability, transparency and equity in disaster relief / humanitarian aid, the organization's top program is SmartResponse.org, a global platform that helps make sure more funds reach locally-led and last-mile organizations around the world.
