As a Self Determination Support Specialist or SDSS, you’ll work on a team to deliver great customer service, over the phone, to people self-directing their care as well as other stake holders. Responsibilities Make and receive phone calls to support external and internal stakeholdersEnter information into databases, such as a call log, for effective record keepingPrepare and send documents via DocuSign or emailEnsure the proper naming and saving of documents in the document management systemAssist customers in returning documentsManage DocuSign accounts and support issues from the operations staff and customersEnsure all compliance standards are met for audit purposesTimesheet reviewing and time trackingAccurately and efficiently complete payroll checklists for assigned agenciesWork with your team leader to identify strategies for reducing errorsCollaborate with your team to resolve rejected timesheet issues Qualifications 1 years of experience relevant to the work performedHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred As an organization focused on helping both the people we serve and our employees succeed, we foster a culture where individuals can grow, thrive, and make a meaningful difference every day.
