About the Role

Belden is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Broadband Solutions division. This remote position reports to the Customer Operations Manager and supports Belden’s customer base, both internal and external.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers by resolving service questions and answering inquiries as they arise.
  • Manage overall order operations, including processing orders, generating quotations, monitoring vendor-managed inventory, answering phones, tracking shipments, researching order issues, and processing RMA claims.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer relations.
  • Perform accurate data entry of orders and customer information.
  • Utilize the corporate ERP System (NetSuite) for customer service operations.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business or a similar field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Three or more years of customer service experience.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Experience with Vendor Management Programs is preferred.

Skills

  • ERP System experience (NetSuite preferred).
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Well-developed organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.

Pay

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $63,000–$85,000 plus additional incentives based on role level, experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
