About the role
The Customer Support Specialist II will handle customer relations for assigned accounts across various brands. Key responsibilities include managing product availability, consolidating shipments, and interacting with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate information flow, orders, and shipments to meet customer shipping goals.
- Produce and distribute order management reports to optimize consolidation of truckload shipments.
- Process shipments for international customers in compliance with export regulations.
- Support and interact with internal customers such as sales, marketing, inventory analysts, distribution centers, credit, and traffic to facilitate order requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of Toro products and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Identify and communicate issues that could delay or impede prompt shipment of orders.
- Document and update departmental procedures as needed.
- Support and provide suggestions for periodic projects and activities such as LEAN process improvements.
- Complete ongoing learning and education to stay competent with the company's evolving needs.
- Handle other tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 0+ years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize, assemble, and arrange resources to meet goals.
- Skilled in data entry and system navigation.
- Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal and external customers.
- Experience with order-related systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
- 0 to 10% travel (domestic and international).
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including strong keyboarding skills.

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $59,000 - $73,000.
