About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Dealerlogix team—a passionate group of service professionals dedicated to helping automotive dealers deliver high-quality service and enhanced customer experience in their fixed operations. This role requires strong telephone skills, attention to detail, and a great attitude in assisting our customers. We will train you in all aspects of what you need to provide exceptional customer experience. All you must bring is a willingness to learn, to be coached, and a smile that shines through in every customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Resolve basic support requests via calls, emails, and other channels
- Document cases within the assigned ticketing system
- Provide support to internal Customer Service Managers and Implementation Associates
- Work 8-hour shifts between the hours of 6:30am – 10:00pm EST
- Be available to work rotating Saturdays from 7:00am to 4:00pm EST
Requirements
- 0 – 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
- Ability to flourish in a multi-tasking environment
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting, taking ownership of tasks assigned to you
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to communicate efficiently with individuals at all levels
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly, work well under pressure, and thrive in an environment that is constantly changing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Experience with PC or MAC with the ability to grasp technical concepts
- Basic knowledge of networks
- Well organized, detail oriented, and proactive in following tasks through to completion
- Comfortable taking on new challenges and flexible with shifting priorities
- Previous Help Desk Experience a plus but not required
- Travel Requirement: less than 5%
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- This role may be performed in a remote, hybrid, or office-based environment depending on business needs
- Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods
- Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment (e.g., keyboard, mouse, headset)
- Ability to view and interpret information on a computer screen for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and written communication
- Ability to participate in virtual meetings with or without reasonable accommodation
